We provide massage therapy for those suffering from an automobile accident injury. Massage can benefit in recovery for many injuries brought on by an automobile accident or recent surgery.
If you are recovering from an automobile accident injury and would like to take advantage of the benefits of massage therapy, complete the following steps:

1. Discuss your treatment options with your Primary Care Physician or Doctor of Chiropractic.
2. Obtain a prescription for Massage Therapy.
3. Collect insurance information as follows:
1. Insurance company name, address and phone number.
2. Incident claim number.
3. Adjustor’s name and phone number.
4. Schedule an Appointment with one of our Licensed Massage Therapists.

Billing is done for you.

Method of Payment

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, or MasterCard or Amex. Payment is to be made at the time of each session.

There will be a $15 service charge for all returned checks.  

Appointment Information
CornerStone Massage reserves the right to refuse service. Pieces are subject to change. We work by appointment only. While we are usually in the office during business hours, we may not always be able to take your call. Please leave a brief message with a return phone number. We will return all calls, usually within an hour. You can also request an appointment via the website here. Appointments made via the web are unofficial until confirmed by a member of our staff.
If you arrive late to your appointment, you will still be required to pay the full session fee regardless of how much time is left of your scheduled appointment

Cancellation Policy

At CornerStone Massage we understand that people can't always make their appointments. However, we do require that you give at least 24 Hours notice when canceling an appointment. If we do not receive this notice then you will be charged for the whole price of the appointment (gift certificate will be forfeited). You can leave a message on the voice mail.

A 60 minute massage therapy session at CornerStone Massage consists of 5 minute consultation with a therapist, 50 minutes of hands-on therapeutic massage, and 5 minutes for dressing/ check out. CornerStone Massage employs only professionally trained massage Therapists who meet all state and local requirements. To protect both our clients and therapists, no inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.
